Add property - Add your property to the system.
Bulk add properties - Have loads of properties? Our uploader will allow you to upload them all at once
property details - View the details of your property
Add a Tenant - Add a tenant which will add the tenant to that property, view how long the tenant has lived at the property.
Update paid rent - check off the months the rent has been paid, the property detail dashboard will turn the card red if any has been missed.
Issue tracker - The tenant can lodge issues with the property through the system
Message Center - Your tenants can send you messages in the application, keep all records of communication in one location.
Contract upload - Upload a contract for your property, always have a copy readily available.
